In the first movie Megs was a ruthless beast, he was really bad. In the second movie he was so so, he still wrought this 'I will crush your bones' feeling, but wasn't the same evil guy he was in 07. In DOTM he was so weak, he was only there to BE there, he didn't really make a whole lot of stuff.

This is the best movie version of Megatron in all the three films. I loved his bad-ass cybertronian tank mode. If only we could have seem more of it.
