I don't understand why people keep complaining, this one's pretty funny though, maybe because I get the references. A lot of other ones aren't so good

I think it would have been better if Chara had done something to Papyrus before he slids to the screen's corner, it would have made much more sense.
As for the meme thing, I really don't see the point of referring to it that way. It's simply a parody done pretty well, I don't see why people call it cringy!
